I now disagree this is a good company. I have a timeshare with the Villa group. My grandparents gave this to me and since I have upgraded my membership twice. I was going through hard times during covid as many were, I also was going through a divorce. I requested a downgrade to a previous membership level and was sent to collections for the amount owing on my contract instead.

I paid the debt and negotiated through Monterey Financial the balance and terms. Villa is now harassing me trying to collect internally and additional $3900.00 post collection action.

  2. I am having problems getting my week at La Concha in La Paz. They were in touch in 2021 and said they could not give me my week due to the prevailing situation. This is now 2022 and I cannot get my week.
Do you know anything about this resort or what I can do?
